I have had the privilege to do something that I am very passionate about, teach first time homebuyers about the real estate side of buying a home.  I have had the pleasure of working with Judy and Dale with the Anoka County Community Action Program.  They talk to families about the good, bad and the ugly of homeownership.  The my deep deep into helping people budget and determine if they are ready for such a commitment.  It’s exciting to see so many commit to spending the day to learn, they walk out of there after a whole Saturday with a certificate that enables them to qualify for grants and programs to assistant them, of course they must meet certain criteria.  To learn more about the Home Stretch classes and other home counseling services offered through Anoka County,  see below and don’t forget to tell her Victoria Chambers sent you!
