Humboldt Greenway New Construction Last Phase

The Humboldt Greenway in North Minneapolis is an area that is dear to my heart.  I grew up at 5021 Humboldt Ave N, in the 80’s and 90’s.  I remember riding my bike to Humboldt Pharmacy, walking to Olson which was an Elementary School at one time and worshipping at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church.  I loved playing in the park at Creekview and appreciated how close I lived to Brooklyn Center off 53rd.  As a Homeowner and Realtor I have always been interested in the Humboldt Greenway Development as this was my stomping grounds and I been amazed at the nice homes that line the streets, as our home was a little small rambler style with a detached garage.  I attended an open house event and learned that they are on the last phase of building,  there are only 6 lots remaining.  The homes are very modern, with a suburban feel, yet they are within Minneapolis, very close to 94 which gives them a city appeal.  There’s some great programs for qualified buyers which enables them to use many grants to help  buy one of these lots.  If you would like to know more, I would love to link you with the right financing professional to start the building of your Humboldt Greenway Home.  Hurry quick, these won’t last long, it’s the last phase!
